Nutritional estimates and AI outputs may vary and should be used as guidance, not guaranteed measurements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calkilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Calkilo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
